Thorong Peak Guest House is situated in the heart of Thamel, the tourism hub of Kathmandu and the first stop for all travelers visiting Nepal via air. All the travel-tour operators, tourist information centre, souvenir shops, trekking and mountaineering equipment shops, shopping malls, pubs, immigration office, embassies and few of the many historical monument sites are just a walk away. The Swoyambhunath Stupa and the Durbar Square is just fifteen minutes walk from our premises. Though centrally located in the town area, it is distanced from the bustling street life in a cul-de-sac, so you can relax in comfort and tranquil after a hectic day and still enjoy the charms and mysticism of Thamel, Kathmandu.
